First go to your local grocery store. Buy a few bunches of fresh garlic cloves from produce, a bottle of Cayenne Pepper, and a cheap bottle of something that comes in capsule form. Heavy on the cheap here because you are only going to dump the contents of each capsule into the toilet ( where it belongs). Now go to your nearest Health Food store, and I recommend GNC because they have such quality product, are inexpensive and the Oil of Oregano is high concentrte and top quality. Also...more good news ( already )...the herbs will be TAX FREE as all herbs and health foods are considered to be food supplements. YAY !!!
At the Health Food plae you will ask the clerk for the best quality Oil of Oregano. Also, if you like ask about Wormwood while you are there. You will probably leave with a bottle or two of each. Ask the clerk, and they will back me up on this. Oil of Oregano actually KILLS most if not all bacteria, fungus, virus and parasites in your body.
Now go home, empty out the capsules, and replace the contents with cayenne pepper. Peel a garlic clove, chop it into pieces like pills to swallow with water. Now, take 1capsule and 1 clove with a full glass of water. Next, put 3 drops of Oil of Oregano under your tongue, it goes directly into your bloodstream taken this way. It can also be added to juice or water. Now drink another full glass of water. Do this once per day for a week, and you will feel like you have SUPERPOWERS !!! HALLELUJAH AND IT IS A MIRACLE !!!!
